Salted Caramel Martini


To make Martini

  • 1.5 oz caramel infused Iceberg Vodka (see recipe below) 

  • 2 oz Irish cream

  • Caramel sauce 

  • Flaky sea salt for garnish/rim

To make Caramel Vodka

  • 1 cup Iceberg vodka 

  • 20 soft caramels


For Martini

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add in the vodka and Irish cream (f you like your martini extra sweet add a drop of caramel sauce in there.) 

  2. Shake well until chilled. 

  3. Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce and dip in sea salt 

  4. Pour martini into a glass and garnish with caramel candy

For Caramel Vodka

  1. Unwrap the caramels from their packaging and place in a mason jar. 

  2. Pour the vodka in the jar, tighten the lid and place in the fridge for 2-3 days. 

  3. After 3 days, give the jar a good shake to mix it up. 

  4. Grab a new jar, a coffee filter and place the filter over the opening of the jar. 

  5. Slowly pour the vodka mixture through the filter into the new mason jar, removing any foam or debris with a spoon 

  6. if it gets clogged up, and then throw the filter and debris away. (You may need to use 2 filters to strain the entire batch of vodka) 

  7. The new infused vodka can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 

  8. Drink alone or as part of a cocktail (see the next recipe for ideas!)
