
Passionfruit Sour
INGREDIENTS
Cocktail:
2 oz Iceberg Vodka
1 oz Passionfruit Puree
1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime juice
Vanilla Simple Syrup:
2 oz Iceberg Vodka
1 oz Passionfruit Puree
1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Cocktail:
1. Chill a coupe glass in advance.
2. Combine the passionfruit puree, vanilla simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker tin.
3. Add 2 oz of Iceberg Vodka, and add ice.
4. Shake until contents are combined and chilled.
5. Double strain into chilled coupes glass.
6. Garnish with Passionfruit half, and enjoy!
Optional: Serve the prosecco separately in a chilled shot glass alongside the cocktail for a fun and
elevated presentation.
Vanilla Simple Syrup:
1. Heat 1⁄2 cup water and 1⁄2 cup sugar until dissolved and the liquid is clear.
2. Remove from the heat, and stir in vanilla bean paste.
3. Cool and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
