
Iceberg Caribbean-Canadian Caesar
INGREDIENTS
Caesar Mix
2 cups Walters Caesar Mix
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Caesar Rimmer Seasoning
2 tablespoon sea salt, coarse
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
3 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
Caesar Cocktail
2 cups of ice
4oz Iceberg Vodka
4 cups Caesar mix
4 tablespoons Caesar rimmer
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Materials
Small side plate
Whisk
Small mixing bowl
Medium mixing bowl
4 Collins glasses
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the dried spices in a bowl and whisk well, transfer onto a small dinner plate
Combine tomato juice and clam juice in a separate mixing bowl (medium) and whisk until incorporated
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate in not using right away, good for 5-7 days
To assemble the cocktail, wet the rim of all 4 glasses, then dip the glass into the plate with the caesar rim seasoning.
Fill your glasses halfway with ice, add 1oz of Iceberg Vodka in each glass.
Divide the caesar mix equally among all 4 glasses or until full
Garnish with pickled veg, cured meats and lime wedge. ENJOY!!!
