Iceberg Caesar

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Iceberg Vodka

  • 3oz Walter Caesar Mix

  • 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp HP Sauce

  • 1 pinch celery salt

  • Garnish with Bacon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Line a baking sheet with bacon, and cook for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove bacon from oven, and let cool for 10 minutes.

  4. Rim a large glass with lime juice and celery salt. 

  5. Fill glass with ice and add Iceberg vodka, 1/4 oz Sriracha, 1/2 tsp HP sauce, 1 pinch of celery salt and Walt’s Caesar mix.

  6. Garnish with bacon.
