Vodka Spiked London Fog
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Iceberg Vodka
1 earl grey tea bag
0.5 oz earl grey simple syrup (see below)
1 cup boiling water
¾ cup milk, frothed
DIRECTIONS
Place 1 earl grey tea bag and dried lavender in heat-safe liquid measuring cup
Pour 1 cup boiling water into a mug and let steep for 3 min
Remove tea bag and pour through a strainer into a mug Stir in earl grey simple syrup
and Iceberg Vodka Warm/froth the milk and pour over top Garnish with white chocolate, dried lavender or cinnamon
To make earl grey simple syrup:
Place 3 bags of earl grey tea into a heat-safe liquid measuring cup
Boil 1 cup of water and pour into the cup,
and let steep for 5 minutes
Remove tea bags, pour the liquid into a saucepan
Add 1 cup of sugar and simmer over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
Let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
