Tiramisu Vodka Shooter
2 oz Iceberg Vodka
1oz Espresso simple syrup
2 oz PJ's Original Cream or Irish cream of your choice
1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
1 Crushed lady finger cookie
Espresso Simple Syrup
1 cup espresso coffee
1 cup sugar
Melt chocolate on a small plate or ramekin. Rim 2oz shooter glasses with chocolate and then crushed lady finger cookies. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Meanwhile, fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Iceberg Vodka and espresso simple syrup. Put the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is fully chilled.
Take the rimmed shooter glasses out of the refrigerator and fill two-thirds full with the espresso vodka mixture.
Using the back of a bar spoon against the inside of the shooter glass, pour half and oz of PJ's Original Cream into each shot glass (or until filled).
Top with whipped cream and dust with chocolate shavings.
Espresso Simple Syrup Directions:
Place espresso and sugar in a small saucepan, place on medium heat, constantly stirring until sugar dissolves and the liquid thickens slightly.
pour into a glass jar with a tightly sealed lid.
