Spring Beet Juice & Blood Orange Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz organic beet juice

  • 3 tarragon sprigs

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 ½ oz Iceberg Vodka

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • 2-3 oz blood orange soda

  • Blood orange garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a tom Collins glass with ice. 

  2. Muddle 1 tarragon sprig in the base of your cocktail shaker until fragrant. 

  3. Fill shaker with ice; add beet juice, lime juice, vodka and Cointreau. 

  4. Shake vigorously and pour over ice. 

  5. Top with blood orange soda. Garnish with blood orange wheel and a sprig of tarragon.
