Spring Beet Juice & Blood Orange Spritz
INGREDIENTS
2 oz organic beet juice
3 tarragon sprigs
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 ½ oz Iceberg Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
2-3 oz blood orange soda
Blood orange garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a tom Collins glass with ice.
Muddle 1 tarragon sprig in the base of your cocktail shaker until fragrant.
Fill shaker with ice; add beet juice, lime juice, vodka and Cointreau.
Shake vigorously and pour over ice.
Top with blood orange soda. Garnish with blood orange wheel and a sprig of tarragon.
