  • 1.0 Lemon juice

  • 0.75 Honey

  • Cracked Thai chilli

  • Top w/ Soda

DIRECTIONS

  • Chill Highball glass

  • Build the first 4 ingredients in shaker tin

  • Double Strain into highball glass

  • Top w/ soda

  • Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and Thai
    chilli
