Sparkling Jasmine Rose
INGREDIENTS
4 thin slices of fresh ginger
1 tsp honey
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 oz jasmine tea (cooled)
1.5 oz Iceberg Vodka
Sparkling rose
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail mixer, muddle together the ginger, honey and the juice of one wedge of lemon.
Add the tea and vodka.
Shake to mix, strain and pour into a tall glass.
Top with sparkling rose.
