Smoky Lounge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Iceberg Vodka

  • 3/4 oz single malt scotch whisky 

  • 1 rosemary sprigs for garnish 


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place one large ice cube into a rocks glass. 

  2. Pour vodka and scotch into the glass and stir. 

  3. Light a rosemary sprig on fire at the tip, just enough to catch fire and begin to smoke. 

  4. Place the smoking rosemary onto the glass. Cover the smoking cocktail with a cloche or cup to infuse the cocktail, 2 minutes. Lift cloche to serve.
