S'Mores with Vodka Chocolate Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1oz Iceberg Vodka
100g dark or semi-sweet chocolate broken into small pieces
Marshmallows
Graham crackers
DIRECTIONS
Place the broken-up chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl, and partially melt in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds or so.
Once the chocolate is half melted, pour the vodka on top and stir to combine. Remove from the microwave and leave to sit for a minute to slightly cool.
While the chocolate sauce is cooling, toast a marshmallow to your liking
Take two graham crackers and spread melted chocolate vodka sauce on one side
Place the marshmallow between the graham crackers making a sandwich
Squish and eat!
