Pucker up - Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz hibiscus syrup
Ginger beer
Cane sugar for rim
Hibiscus Honey Syrup
3 tbsp. dried hibiscus leaves
1/4 cup liquid honey
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Rim a short glass with cane sugar and fill glass with ice.
Pour lime juice and syrup over ice and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime zest and dried hibiscus flowers.
Hibiscus Honey Syrup
In a small pot, bring water, honey and leaves to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain and cool.
