1. In a shaker add the cucumber, simple syrup, and lime juice. 

2. Muddle until the cucumber has broken down. 

3. Fill the shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. 

4. Put a lid on your shaker and give it a vigorous shake until the egg whites froth and become stiff (approx. 3 minutes). 

5. Strain into a chilled martini glass. 

6. Artfully garnish with Peeps Easter marshmallows,  cucumbers and burnt lime.

For the Simple Syrup

1. Mix ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer until the sugar has dissolved.
