Lemon Drop Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Iceberg Vodka

  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz lemon infused simple syrup *see recipe

  • 4 oz chilled lemon soda

  • Lemon twist and mint rose for garnish


Lemon Syrup 

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 4- ¼ inch lemon slices


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small pan, bring syrup ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer on medium heat until sugar is dissolved, 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. 

  2. Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in Iceberg Vodka, lemon juice and syrup. Top with lemon soda and rose shaped lemon garnish.
