Irish Cold Brew Coffee with Vodka Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Iceberg Vodka Whipped Cream

2 oz Frangelico

2 oz Jameson Cold Brew (or regular cold brew coffee)

For the Vodka Whipped Cream

2 oz Iceberg Vodka

1 container Cool Whip

1. Pour Frangelico over ice.

2. Gently top with Jameson Cold Brew or cold brew of your choice.

3. Top with Vodka Whipped Cream (see below for directions).

4. Serve with a sweet nut brittle or your favourite Irish cookie.

To make Vodka Whipped Cream, thaw Cool Whip and fold in vodka 1 oz at a time. Cover and refrigerate.
