Hibiscus High Tea

INGREDIENTS

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Iceberg Vodka
2 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Hibiscus Ginger Tea
1 oz Honey Simple Syrup


Honey Simple Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup honey
1 cup water


Details:
Glassware: Tea Cup
Method: Shake
Ice: No Ice
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

DIRECTIONS

Cocktail Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.

  2. Add ice and shake until chilled and well combined.

  3. Double strain into a Nik & Nora glass or a tea cup.

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

  5. Enjoy!

Honey Simple Syrup Directions:

  1. Add the honey and water to a small saucepan.

  2. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey is fully dissolved. Do not boil.

  3. Let it cool completely, then transfer to an airtight glass container or jar.
