INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Iceberg Vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
Champagne or brut
Pineapple wedges to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine Iceberg Vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Pour into a champagne coupe with a sugared rim to fill just over half way.
Top with champagne or brut sparkling wine and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
