1. Combine Iceberg Vodka, lemon juice and earl grey simple syrup in a shaker.

2. Pour into a glass of your choice.

3. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with fresh lemon.

To make Earl Grey infused simple syrup:

1. Steep 2 earl grey tea bags in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes.

2. Remove tea bags and add 1 cup sugar.

3. Return the pot to the stove and continue to heat, stirring to melt all sugar.

4. Store simple syrup in an airtight container in the fridge
