BATCHED FROZEN DILLY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml Dry vermouth (Dolin is great)

  • 500ml Iceberg Vodka

  • 30ml Orange bitters

  • 150ml Dill pickle juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Measure out all the ingredients in a measuring jug and stir

  2. Taste the mixture to ensure the balance is accurate and to your liking

  3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass swing-top bottle. (Use an empty Iceberg bottle as backup)

  4. Put in the freezer for a couple of hours before drinking

  5. When ready to serve, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a dill pickle

  6. Batch will keep indefinitely in the freezer
