VODKA SPIKED LONDON FOG

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Iceberg Vodka 

  • 1 earl grey tea bag 

  • 0.5 oz earl grey simple syrup (see below) 

  • 1 cup boiling water 

  • ¾ cup milk, frothed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place 1 earl grey tea bag and dried lavender in heat-safe liquid measuring cup

  2.  Pour 1 cup boiling water into a mug and let steep for 3 min

  3.  Remove tea bag and pour through a strainer into a mug Stir in earl grey simple syrup 

  4. and Iceberg Vodka Warm/froth the milk and pour over top Garnish with white chocolate, dried lavender or cinnamon 

To make earl grey simple syrup: 

  1. Place 3 bags of earl grey tea into a heat-safe liquid measuring cup 

  2. Boil 1 cup of water and pour into the cup, 

  3. and let steep for 5 minutes 

  4. Remove tea bags, pour the liquid into a saucepan 

  5. Add 1 cup of sugar and simmer over medium heat, stirring until dissolved. 

  6. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
