STRAWBERRY RASPBERRY VODKA MULE
4 oz Iceberg Vodka
6 oz alcoholic ginger beer
Several sprigs of fresh mint
4 wedges of lime
Remove the stems and cut the strawberries into quarters and split between two glasses (or copper mugs).
Add 3 raspberries to each mug
Squeeze the juice from 2 wedges of lime into each mug. Add the lime wedge to the mug when finished
Add 4-6 mint leaves into each glass.
Muddle the ingredients together, being sure to mash up the strawberries and mint leaves.
Pour 2 oz of Iceberg Vodka into each mug
Top with ginger beer and fresh mint.
