1 1/2 oz Iceberg Vodka
3/4 oz single malt scotch whisky
1 rosemary sprigs for garnish
Place one large ice cube into a rocks glass.
Pour vodka and scotch into the glass and stir.
Light a rosemary sprig on fire at the tip, just enough to catch fire and begin to smoke.
Place the smoking rosemary onto the glass. Cover the smoking cocktail with a cloche or cup to infuse the cocktail, 2 minutes. Lift cloche to serve.
