Pickle Vodka Martini on the Rocks

PICKLE VODKA MARTINI ON THE ROCKS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz Iceberg vodka

  • 1 oz cornichons pickle juice

  • Dry vermouth

  • 3 French cornichons pickles

  • Fresh dill

  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Swirl about 1 tablespoon of dry vermouth in a martini glass and dump it.

  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Iceberg Vodka and pickle juice. Shake for 30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is cold.

  3. Strain contents of the shaker into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with 3 cornichon pickles on a skewer and fresh dill. Enjoy!
