MATCHA & MINT CAIPIROSKA
½ lime, chopped
1 ½ tsp cane sugar
8 mint leaves plus sprigs for garnish
1 tsp matcha powder
1 ½ oz Iceberg Vodka
1. In a cocktail mixing glass, muddle chopped lime with sugar and mint leaves.
2. Add ½ cup of ice, matcha powder and Iceberg Vodka and stir until powder is dissolved.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with mint sprigs.
