MANGO MARDI GRAS BELLINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Iceberg vodka ⁠
  • 2 oz mango puree (from fresh or frozen)⁠
  • 2 oz sparkling wine⁠
  • Fresh thyme

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place 2 oz of mango puree into a champagne flute or wine glass.⁠
  2. Add 1.5 oz of Iceberg vodka.⁠
  3. Top with sparkling wine.⁠
  4. Garnish with fresh sprigs of thyme.⁠
