KIWI CUCUMBER VODKA TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz  Iceberg vodka

  • 1/4 oz lime juice

  • tonic water

  • 1  kiwi, peeled

  • 1 tbsp. chopped cucumber, plus ribbons for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Scoop out one half of the kiwi and muddle with cucumber in a rocks glass. 

  2. Fill glass with ice, add vodka and lime juice; stir and top with tonic water. 

  3. Cut remaining kiwi into slices. Nestle kiwi slices and cucumber ribbons into the ice.
