KIWI CUCUMBER VODKA TONIC
2 oz Iceberg vodka
1/4 oz lime juice
1 kiwi, peeled
1 tbsp. chopped cucumber, plus ribbons for garnish
Scoop out one half of the kiwi and muddle with cucumber in a rocks glass.
Fill glass with ice, add vodka and lime juice; stir and top with tonic water.
Cut remaining kiwi into slices. Nestle kiwi slices and cucumber ribbons into the ice.
