FROM RUSSIA, WITH LOVE
- 4 oz Iceberg Vodka
- 6 oz alcoholic ginger beer
- 6 strawberries
- 6 raspberries
- Several sprigs of fresh mint
- 4 wedges of lime
- Remove the stems and cut the strawberries into quarters and split between two glasses (or copper mugs).
- Add 3 raspberries to each mug
- Squeeze the juice from 2 wedges of lime into each mug. Add the lime wedge to the mug when finished
- Add 4-6 mint leaves into each glass.
- Muddle the ingredients together, being sure to mash up the strawberries and mint leaves.
- Pour 2 oz of Iceberg Vodka into each mug
- Top with ginger beer and fresh mint.
