CHUM BUCKET

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Iceberg Vodka raspberry puree (*see recipe)

  • 4 oz Hpnotiq slush (*see recipe)

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • Shark gummies for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Hpnotiq slush: Transfer Hpnotiq into an airtight plastic container and freeze 2-4 hours until just frozen, or overnight.


Vodka raspberry puree: Blend 4 oz of Iceberg Vodka, 2 oz of simple syrup and 2 cups of raspberries together. Strain through a sieve into a freezer-safe container. Freeze 3 hours or until slush consistency.


*This puree can be made in advance and stored in an airtight plastic container in the freezer. Let that 5-10 minutes when ready to use.

 

  1. Spoon Hpnotiq slush into a glass. Add lemon juice and stir.

  2. Gently spoon vodka raspberry puree slush on top.

  3. Arrange gummy sharks on top.
