INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz Iceberg Vodka

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • Champagne or brut

  • Pineapple wedges to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Iceberg Vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Pour into a champagne coupe with a sugared rim to fill just over half way.

  3. Top with champagne or brut sparkling wine and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
